The view was beautiful, we stayed in room 703 which over looked the Estuary. The bed was a great size and was positioned well, making the most of the view. The pillows were very soft, if you like firm pillows I advice that you either request them or take your own.

The hotel is in the perfect location & has the bonus of parking. Amazing friendly staff, very efficient. Food was good but a little overpriced. Would certainly return.

Location was great and view from the room we had was lovely . Staff were very tentative and would help with any request we had . We ordered room service for breakfast which was nice and turned up quickly however some of our order was missing and we didn’t receive the full order but were not charged . Overall stay was really nice and would recommend !

Excellent food in the restaurant. The set menu was of very high standard.The bed was comfortable and there was a great view from our bedroom only about 5 minutes from the pier and high street. Good size bedroom with easy chairs and small table near the window.Car parking available at back of hotel. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Super helpful staff, going beyond their call of duty, and at all hours. I have never had such great and satisfying service in one day and I am comparing with the best 5 star hotels like (1) Crowne Plaza Zurich, and (2) IHG Hyatt House in Kuala Lumpur Mont Kiara. And such caring services from all across their staff from restaurant room services, front reception - they are an Amazing Heaven at The Seven!! And to wow it all - my Seafood Linguine and Salt & Black Pepper Squid - ahh it's just so superbly cooked and as a room service meal - served in less than 20 mins at their busiest on a Saturday evening, they even provided an ice. bucket for my personal champagne - it is just simply top notch!

The friendly nature & welcome from the staff & the quiet location is perfect as within walking distance of the Cliffs Pavilion & the main Southend shopping centre , it has a lovely outside terrace overlooking the sea & also has a free car park. The rooms are well equipped with tea, coffee & a bottle of water, a safe, hairdryer & ironing board, I would definitely recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

1.The location is amazing, slightly pricey compared to others but nonetheless a great place. 2. Extremely cordial staff. 3. Refreshing showers provided 4. Comfortable setting arrangements 5.nice and cosy overall.

The staff were excellent - we did have a few problems but they were quickly & efficiently fixed. With courteous & friendly manner. The location was perfect & the room was ready ahead of time as requested.

The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious and well furnished. The location was really good, central for Southend and Westcliff-on-Sea, whilst being fairly quiet as it is at the end of a road. Staff all seemed friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to get one of the few parking spaces in the car park at the rear, as we were visiting off season.
